TikTok USDS Joint Venture LLC is seeking a Technical Program Manager to join the Tech and Product PMO team in San Jose. You will drive end-to-end delivery for new products and features, coordinating with Product, Engineering, and Sales across the US and Mandarin-speaking regions to ensure market-ready releases, with a focus on user privacy and high-quality experiences.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field.
At least 3 years of experience in project/program management or software development leadership.
At least 1 year leading Agile development processes, managing software development projects, or maintaining roadmaps for engineering teams.
Experience managing stakeholder relationships to drive revenue, growth and retention.
Experience executing projects with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

Responsibilities

Drive end-to-end delivery of new products, services, and features.
Coordinate with Product, Engineering, and Sales in the US and Mandarin-speaking regions.
Define the roadmaps for teams by collaborating with Tech and Product leaders.
Improve processes in a data-driven manner and drive optimization.
Prepare project schedules, milestones, and own collaboration processes and tools.
Track progress, identify risks, and remove blockers.
Ensure products and applications release to market smoothly.
Mentor and develop the team.
