BDO USA, LLP is seeking a Product Operations Manager to design and improve product management processes, coach PMs and cross-functional teams, and establish operating rhythms, standards, and metrics across the lifecycle.

The role partners with Product, Engineering, Delivery, and Business stakeholders to improve intake, prioritization, and execution transparency, driving measurable outcomes for technology initiatives and client value.

Qualifikationen

• Six or more years of experience in product management, product operations, delivery/PMO, or related technology roles.

Aufgaben

• Defines product strategy, builds, and maintains product roadmaps; establishes and continuously improves the product operating model.
• Builds relationships with Business Line leaders and executive stakeholders.
• Oversees all aspects of IT projects and ensures their success.
• Plans and directs work for system implementation or upgrades.
• Launches new product features with detailed requirements and sprint plans.
• Creates scope documents and statements of work to justify new projects.
• Works with vendors to ensure timely completion of project efforts.
• Leads project teams and allocates resources effectively.
• Reviews business requirements and coordinates product communications and training materials.
• Ensures smooth transition from implementation to production and ongoing support.
• Supervises Product Operations Analysts and possibly PMs, with hiring, onboarding, and performance management.
• Provides coaching and leadership to establish standards for product practices and governance.
• Allocates team capacity and ensures timely delivery and stakeholder communication.
