Job summary

BDO USA, P.A. is seeking a Product Operations Manager to enhance product management processes, coach PMs, and establish operating rhythms across the lifecycle.

You will partner with Product, Engineering, Delivery, and Business stakeholders to improve intake, prioritization, and execution transparency. Required: 6+ years in product management or related tech roles, experience with project management methods, and familiarity with agile practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Six (6) or more years of experience in product management or related technology roles.
• Experience with standard project management methodology.
• Experience with agile development methods (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Defines product strategy and roadmaps.
• Establishes and improves the product operating model across lifecycle.
• Builds relationships with business leaders and stakeholders.
• Oversees IT projects to ensure success and timely delivery.
• Plans work for system implementations or upgrades.
• Launches new features with requirements and testing plans.
• Develops scope and statements of work for new projects.
• Coordinates with vendors to meet timelines.
• Leads project teams and assigns work.
• Works with SMEs to define resource plans and effort durations.
• Reviews business requirements and prepares documentation.
• Coordinates product communications and training materials.
• Ensures smooth transition from implementation to production and ongoing support.
• Manages product subscription terms and renewal cycles.
• Other duties as required.
