Job summary

BDO USA, LLP in Florida is seeking a Product Operations Manager to design and optimize product management processes, coach PMs, and establish operating rhythms across the product lifecycle. This role partners with Product, Engineering, Delivery and Business stakeholders to improve intake, prioritization, transparency, and outcomes.

You will guide cross-functional teams through planning and delivery, with a focus on scalable processes, governance, and effective communication to drive product

Qualifications

• Six or more years in product management or related technology roles.
• Experience with Scrum and other Agile methods.
• Experience partnering with senior stakeholders to drive decision-making.
• Familiarity with professional services environments is preferred.
• PM certification preferred; PMP or similar encouraged.
• Education as listed above or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Defines product strategy, builds and maintains roadmaps and operating model.
• Builds relationships with business line leaders and executives.
• Oversees all aspects of IT projects and ensures successful delivery.
• Plans and directs work for system implementations and upgrades.
• Launches new features with detailed requirements and user tests.
• Leads and mentors product teams; ensures timely, quality delivery.
