Job summary

BDO USA, LLP is seeking a Product Operations Manager to design and improve product management processes, coach PMs, and establish operating rhythms across the lifecycle. You will partner with Product, Engineering, Delivery, and Business stakeholders to improve intake, prioritization, and transparency.

The role emphasizes building roadmaps, managing vendor relationships, and directing project teams to timely, high-quality outcomes in a professional services environment.

Qualifications

• Six or more years in product management, operations, or PMO roles.
• Experience guiding cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Knowledge of agile/scrum and project management methodologies.
• Experience in a professional services firm is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Defines product strategy and maintains roadmaps.
• Drives the product operating model across lifecycle stages.
• Partners with business leaders and vendors to ensure timely delivery.
• Creates requirements, user stories, and sprint plans.
• Oversees IT projects and ensures successful outcomes.
• Leads and mentors PMs and analysts on the team.
• Ensures production readiness and transition from implementation.
