Job summary

BDO USA, LLP is seeking a Product Operations Manager to design and optimize product management processes, coach PMs, and establish operating rhythms across the product lifecycle in a professional services context.

You will partner with Product, Engineering, Delivery, and Business stakeholders to enhance intake, prioritization, and execution transparency, driving consistent, scalable product delivery.

Qualifications

• Six or more years in product management or product operations.
• Experience with SCRUM and Agile methods preferred.
• Experience leading project teams and governance with senior stakeholders.
• Familiar with web-based applications and professional services environment.
• PMP or similar certification preferred; PMI Agile Certified Practitioner preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define product strategy and maintain roadmaps.
• Establish and continually improve the product operating model (intake, discovery, prioritization, planning, delivery, release, and post-launch learning).
• Coach PMs and cross-functional teams to ensure aligned delivery.
• Lead projects from intake to delivery, including vendor coordination and budgeting.
• Collaborate with executives and vendors to manage scope, timeline, and outcomes.
