BDO USA, P.A. is seeking a Product Operations Manager to enhance scalable product delivery by refining management processes and coaching product teams. The role partners with Product, Engineering, Delivery, and Business stakeholders to optimize intake, prioritization, and outcomes.

The position requires leading cross-functional teams, creating governance and metrics across the lifecycle, and driving successful feature launches while coordinating with vendors.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required;6+ years of related experience preferred.
• Six (6) or more years of experience in product management or product operations preferred.
• Experience with standard project management methodologies required.
• Experience with agile development methods preferred.

Mansioni

• Defines product strategy, builds and maintains roadmaps; establishes and improves the product operating model.
• Builds relationships with Business Line leaders and executive stakeholders.
• Oversees all aspects of IT projects to ensure success and timely completion.
• Plans and directs work for system implementation or upgrades.
• Launches new product features with detailed requirements and testing plans.
• Develops scope documents and statements of work for new projects.
• Coordinates with vendors to ensure project progress and budget control.
• Leads project teams to deliver on time and with quality.
