Job summary

BDO USA, P.A. is seeking a Product Operations Manager to design and optimize product management processes, coaching PMs and cross-functional teams, and establishing operating rhythms across the lifecycle.

The role partners with Product, Engineering, Delivery, and Business stakeholders to improve intake, prioritization, and execution transparency. The candidate will lead the product operating model, develop scope and work documents, manage vendor interactions, and ensure timely delivery while

Qualifications

• Six (6) or more years of experience in product management, product operations, delivery/PMO, or related technology roles.
• Experience with a standard project management methodology.
• Experience with scrum and other agile development methods, preferred.
• Experience leading and directing the work of others in a project-oriented capacity, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Defines product strategy, builds, and maintains product roadmaps.
• Establishes and improves the product operating model (intake, discovery, prioritization, planning, delivery, release, and feedback).
• Builds relationships with Business Line leaders and executive stakeholders.
• Oversees all aspects of IT projects to ensure success.
• Plans and directs work for system implementations or upgrades.
• Launches new product features with detailed requirements and testing plans.
