Job summary

lululemon is seeking a Product Operations Lead to join the store leadership team. You will execute the store product strategy, manage inventory shifts, and oversee back-of-house product operations to keep floor and stockroom organized.

Qualifications

• 1 year of work experience in retail or related fields.
• Experience with inventory management, stocking, or planning and logistics.
• Experience in leading, mentoring, or delegating to others.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with store leadership to bring product strategy to life.
• Plan, manage, and lead inventory processing and accuracy activities per SOPs.
• Execute product actions (pull backs, consolidations, repricing).
• Lead inventory shifts and supervise on-duty during open hours.
• Monitor product levels and communicate findings to support sell-through strategy.
• Review business data to inform actions and pricing when relevant.
• Participate in hiring, onboarding, and training processes.
• Provide feedback and coaching to team members for development.
• Foster an inclusive team environment and collaborative culture.
• Lead from the floor during open hours to deliver technical product education.
