Job summary

lululemon Athletica in Mashpee Commons is seeking a Product Operations Lead to drive the store product strategy, oversee inventory and BOH operations, and ensure shelves and back-of-house spaces are organized and stocked.

The role includes supervising shifts, supporting hiring, and delivering a world-class guest experience on the floor. Candidates should bring at least 1 year in retail or store operations and experience with inventory management and merchandising.

Qualifications

• 1 year of work experience in retail or store operations.
• Experience with inventory management and product/visual merchandising.
• Experience in leading or mentoring a team.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with store leadership to implement product strategy.
• Plan and manage inventory processing and accuracy per SOPs.
• Execute product actions like pull backs and repricing.
• Engage team members to create a productive shift environment.
• Monitor product levels and communicate with leadership on availability.
• Analyze daily data to inform actions and pricing decisions.
• Participate in hiring, onboarding and training.
• Lead on-floor as Supervisor on Duty and deliver guest education.
