Job summary

lululemon is seeking a Product Operations Lead to join the store leadership team. You will drive product strategy execution, oversee inventory shifts, and manage back-of-house operations to keep floor and stock organized.

You will contribute to performance evaluations, assist in hiring decisions, and act as Supervisor on Duty while delivering a world-class guest experience. Prior inventory, merchandising, and leadership experience preferred.

Qualifications

• 1 year of work experience.
• Experience with inventory management, product or visual merchandising, stocking, or planning and logistics including using business technology to accomplish work.
• Experience in leading, mentoring, delegating or process implementation with others.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with store leadership to bring product strategy to life.
• Plan and lead inventory processing and accuracy activities per SOPs.
• Execute product actions (pull backs, consolidations, repricing).
• Engage team members to create a productive shift environment.
• Monitor product levels and communicate insights to support sell-through strategy.
• Review daily metrics to inform actions and product focus.
• Contribute to hiring decisions, onboarding, and training.
