The role involves supervising duties, contributing to team performance reviews, and ensuring a high‑quality guest experience on shift. Strong inventory and leadership capabilities are essential, with a focus on collaboration and data‑driven decisions.

Qualifications

• 1 year of work experience is required.
• Experience with inventory management, product or visual merchandising, stocking, or planning and logistics is beneficial.
• Experience leading, mentoring or implementing processes with others is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with store leadership to bring product strategy to life.
• Lead inventory processing and accuracy activities following SOPs.
• Oversee floor and back-of-house product operations and supervise duties.
• Provide input on hiring decisions and staff development.
• Ensure a world-class guest experience when on the sales floor.
