Job summary

lululemon in the United States is seeking a Product Operations Lead to join the store leadership team. You will execute the store product strategy, oversee inventory and back-of-house operations, and ensure shelves and BOH are stocked and organized.

You will contribute to hiring decisions, provide coaching, lead inventory shifts as Supervisor on Duty, and deliver a world-class guest experience when on the floor.

Qualifications

• Must have 1 year of work experience and some inventory/product/merchandising or planning experience.
• Experience leading, mentoring, or delegating to others in a work setting.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with store leadership to implement product strategy and ensure inventory accuracy.
• Lead inventory shifts and back-of-house operations, maintaining stock and organization on floor and in back areas.
• Provide input on hiring decisions, onboarding, and training; act as Supervisor on Duty when scheduled.
• Deliver a world-class guest experience by educating guests on products and services on the floor.
