Job summary

lululemon Midland Pop Up is seeking a Product Operations Lead to drive store product strategy through inventory management and back-of-house operations. You will lead shifts, ensure stock, and supervise as Supervisor on Duty while delivering a world-class guest experience.

You will collaborate with leadership, analyze data to guide product focus, participate in hiring and training, and foster an inclusive, energetic team environment in a dynamic retail setting.

Qualifications

• Experience with inventory management and product/visual merchandising.
• Ability to plan, stock, and manage logistics using business systems.
• Experience leading or mentoring a team and training others.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with store leadership to bring product strategy to life.
• Proactively plan and lead inventory processing and accuracy activities.
• Ensure execution of product actions (pull backs, consolidations, repricing).
• Engage team members to create a fun, productive inventory shift.
• Monitor product levels and inform sell-through strategy for guest availability.
• Analyze daily data to advise store leadership on product focus and pricing.
• Participate in hiring, onboarding, and training for the store.
• Provide feedback and coaching to team members to support development.
• Foster an inclusive team environment and strong working relationships.
• As Supervisor on Duty, lead from the floor to deliver a top guest experience.
