lululemon is seeking a Product Operations Lead to join our store leadership team, overseeing product strategy, inventory management, and back-of-house operations. You will ensure shelves and BOH are stocked, lead inventory shifts, and contribute to guest experiences on the floor.

You will help with performance feedback, participate in hiring, and supervise on duty during open hours, fostering an inclusive, energetic team that delivers technical product education and a world-class guest

Formación

• 1 year of work experience.
• Experience with inventory management, product or visual merchandising, stocking, or planning and logistics.
• Experience in leading, mentoring or process implementation.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with store leadership to implement product strategy.
• Lead inventory processing and accuracy activities per SOPs.
• Oversee back-of-house product operations and ensure stock availability.
• Provide coaching and feedback to team members.
• Lead as Supervisor on Duty during open hours, ensuring a world-class guest experience.
