lululemon is seeking a Product Operations Lead to join our store leadership team. You will drive the store product strategy through inventory management, back-of-house operations, and organized floors to deliver a world-class guest experience.

You will supervise inventory shifts, participate in hiring decisions, coach teammates, and lead by example on the sales floor. This role demands collaboration, adaptability, and a passion for hospitality as you optimize stock, pricing, and guest education

Qualifications

• 1 year of work experience in retail or related field.
• Experience with inventory management, product or visual merchandising, stocking, or planning and logistics.
• Experience in leading, mentoring, delegating or process implementation.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with store leadership to implement product strategy.
• Plan and lead inventory processing and accuracy per SOPs.
• Ensure execution of product actions such as pulls, consolidations, price changes.
• Motivate team during inventory shifts.
• Monitor product levels and communicate findings to support sell-through strategy.
• Review daily business data to guide actions and pricing.
• Participate in hiring, onboarding and training.
• Provide feedback and coaching for team development.
• Foster inclusive, respectful team environment.
• Lead on the floor as Supervisor on Duty to give product education and guest experience.
