Job summary

Ford Pro is seeking a Fleet Success professional to support commercial fleet customers with our contracted software and services. You will engage with dealers and fleet customers, understand business needs, and collaborate with product teams to deliver effective solutions.

The role emphasizes strong communication, self-starting initiative, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, with competitive pay bands within grades 7–8.

Qualifications

• Requires H.S. Diploma or equivalent.
• 4–5+ years of experience working for a fleet management company.
• 4–5+ years of experience in U.S. title and registration work.
• Prior sales experience with dealers and/or commercial fleet customers.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build client relationships and collaborate effectively with sales team members.
• Ability to identify business needs and clearly communicate them to product development teams.
• Comfortable working without predefined responsibilities in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment.
• Self-starter who can think creatively and develop solutions in evolving or undefined areas.
• Ability to advocate persuasively for solutions that serve both the customer and the business.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel.
