Job summary

Guidewire Software seeks a Product Operations Manager to own the operational rhythms of the Applications portfolio. You’ll serve as the execution partner to the Director, Product Strategy & Operations, handling planning rituals, reporting, tooling, and process improvements to keep leaders focused on strategy.

You will drive governance cadences, maintain SDLC/GPR evidence, and surface risks early while enabling AI-fluency across the operating model for sustained market leadership.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product operations or a similar role in enterprise B2B SaaS.
• Strong operational discipline and program-management skills.
• Experience applying AI to operational work and familiarity with Agentic SDLC.
• Analytical fluency with reporting and dashboards.
• Proficiency with planning/tracking tools like Aha!, Jira, Confluence.
• Excellent communication across product, engineering, design, and GTM.
• Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Own operations for a product domain across end-to-end workflows.
• Run portfolio governance rituals and ensure timely decisions and follow-through.
• Maintain backlog hygiene and SDLC/GPR governance evidence for roadmap accuracy.
• Create and manage product-health dashboards and surface risks early.
• Drive continuous process improvements and AI-fluency in the operating model.
