Job summary

Guidewire Software seeks a Director of Competitive Intelligence to build and run a high-impact CI function that keeps our field sharp, our positioning credible, and our executives well-informed.

You will own Guidewire’s CI program end to end—monitoring markets, conducting win/loss, creating battlecards, and briefing executives. You’ll lead a small team and partner with Product Marketing, Sales, Product Management, Strategy, and GTM leadership to deliver insights to the people who need them.

• Create field-ready enablement content like battlecards and objection handlers.
• Brief executive leadership and defend a clear point of view under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute a company-wide CI program, establishing core processes for monitoring and insights.
• Create field-ready enablement content tailored by persona/segment and embed into training.
• Lead win/loss analysis and translate findings into actionable insights and dashboards for GTM and Product leadership.
• Inform the roadmap and market strategy with POVs on competitor moves and tech shifts.
• Coach and prioritize work for a small CI/PMM team and promote ethical CI practices.
