Job summary
Checkr is seeking an experienced leader in product operations to drive end-to-end delivery of high-priority programs across Product, Design, Eng and Data Science. You will build comprehensive program plans, define milestones, and establish governance, KPIs, and SLAs to ensure successful outcomes.
You will run quarterly planning cadences, collaborate with senior stakeholders, and implement repeatable systems for roadmaps and prioritization. Strong AI tool fluency is a plus.
Qualifications
- 4+ years in product operations, technical program management, product management, or business operations.
- Track record of leading complex, cross-functional launches or multi-quarter programs.
- Experience building repeatable systems for roadmap, prioritization, and planning.
- Hands-on fluency with AI tools (e.g., Claude Skills, Cowork, Codex).
Responsibilities
- Lead and execute end-to-end delivery of high-priority product programs across teams.
- Build integrated program plans defining scope, milestones, owners, dependencies, success measures.
- Run quarterly and annual product planning cadence with leadership.
- Define, track, and report on product KPIs and SLAs.
- Build agentic workflows to raise velocity and launch quality.
- Own cross-departmental initiatives and improve launch retros.
