Job summary

Gartner is seeking a business-facing AI Product Leader to own AI-enabled sales workflows, including Sales Assistant and Enterprise Assistant. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• 10+ years of relevant enterprise sales experience.
• Expertise in enterprise selling processes including Salesforce and sales enablement.
• Fluency in applying AI to business processes, including agentic workflows and prompts.
• Ability to translate business needs into future-state workflows and product requirements.

Responsibilities

• Reimagine enterprise sales processes with AI to simplify and automate workflows.
• Lead product discovery with business leaders, frontline sellers, and operations teams.
• Translate needs into future-state workflows, roadmaps, and prioritized backlogs.
• Determine appropriate solution approaches per use case: agent-led, automated, or native-platform.
• Manage products through discovery to launch, adoption, and iteration.
• Collaborate with Data Science, Engineering, UX, Salesforce, and data teams to deliver secure AI experiences.
• Apply knowledge of AI prompts, data grounding, guardrails, and human-in-the-loop design.
• Facilitate demos, pilots, and leadership readouts; communicate progress to stakeholders.
