Job summary

Google is seeking a product-operations focused professional to lead marketing technology initiatives across multiple locations. You will diagnose workflow bottlenecks, deploy AI-enabled web apps and dashboards, and craft PRDs guiding engineering teams on multi-quarter solutions.

You will collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Legal and Engineering to drive adoption, measure impact, and ensure security and compliance while building scalable AI workflows and shared knowledge bases.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 6 years of experience in product operations, marketing technology, technical program management, management consulting, or technical operations.
• Experience using AI-assisted coding tools or low-code platforms to build and deploy working web apps, live dashboards, or workflow automations (e.g., Apps Script, SQL, or Python/JavaScript).
• Experience designing custom AI workflows, reusable prompt/skill libraries, and grounded context layers using LLMs.
• Experience taking internal tools or operational programs from early piloting to deployment and adoption.

Responsibilities

• Partner with marketing teams to diagnose workflow bottlenecks and prioritize where AI tools and agents can deliver the most impact.
• Build and deploy lightweight production web apps, live dashboards, Workspace automations, custom AI skills, and multi-agent workflows using AI-assisted coding tools and Gemini.
• Author product/business requirement documents and guide engineering teams to deliver complex, multi-quarter solutions.
• Lead internal AI solutions from early piloting to wide-scale deployment across Marketing through workflow integration, change management, and workshops.
• Manage tool roadmaps, track adoption and efficiency metrics, and coordinate security, privacy, and legal launch reviews.
