Sirona Medical is seeking a Product Operations Lead to collaborate with Product, Design, and Engineering leadership to optimize how teams work together daily. This consultative role focuses on shaping ceremonies, estimation practices, and review/approval flows to enable teams to execute efficiently.

You will help drive consensus, facilitate conversations, and bring structure and follow-through to conversations that might stall, reporting to the VP of Product.

Qualifikationen

• 4–6 years in product management/operations or a similar process-facilitation role within product/engineering teams.
• Comfortable operating in regulated, clinical, or enterprise B2B environments (healthcare/health IT preferred).
• Excellent listening and systems-thinking skills to build consensus and guide process improvements.

Aufgaben

• Shape ceremonies and estimation practices with Product, Design, and Engineering leadership.
• Facilitate discussions, propose structural improvements, and present options to leadership.
• Maintain lightweight tracking of work status and ensure clear handoffs between teams.
• Collaborate with Product Documentation Lead on enablement and beta programs.
• Assist with coordination of external partners on scoping or scheduling work.
