Socure is seeking a Product Operations professional to drive reporting, analytics, and process discipline across product teams. You will own dashboards, metrics, and data quality, collaborating with Finance, RevOps, and Engineering to inform prioritization and execution.

Formación

• What You Bring: 6+ years in Product Operations, Business/Sales Operations, or a Product Analyst/Management role.
• Comfort building dashboards and reports (Tableau, Looker, Google Sheets/Excel); SQL is a plus.
• Experience designing repeatable processes — intake, prioritization, planning cadences.
• Excellent documentation and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Support reporting & analytics for the Product Org
• Build and maintain dashboards and reports for leadership and embedded product teams
• Define and track core product operations metrics (cycle time, roadmap adherence, planning hygiene, tool adoption)
• Centralize and facilitate Product Performance metrics definition, telemetry builds, and reporting
• Partner with Finance, Sales/RevOps, and Engineering to bring data into prioritization
• Support recurring reporting cadences — business reviews, planning, board updates
• Monitor data quality and drive hygiene standards across reporting systems
• Design and document repeatable processes for planning, prioritization, intake, and roadmap reviews
• Identify friction points and fix them via better process, automation, or tooling
• Build templates, playbooks, and checklists to save time
• Act as go-to resource for product managers on shared tools and processes
• Facilitate cross-functional handoffs between Product, Engineering, Design, and GTM
• Standardize processes across pods while allowing team flexibility
• Translate strategy into concrete roadmap and planning cadence
• Run planning rhythms — quarterly/annual planning, roadmap reviews, business reviews
