Job summary

Socure is seeking a senior Product Operations professional to own the central systems that plan, prioritize, and deliver for our product teams. You’ll balance centralized tooling with embedded support across pods, driving dashboards, process improvements, and data governance to keep strategy aligned with execution.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in Product Operations, Business/Sales Operations, or Product Analytics/Management.
• Comfort building dashboards and reports (Tableau/Looker/Sheets) and SQL is a plus.
• Experience designing repeatable processes for planning, prioritization, and cadence.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain dashboards and reports for leadership and embedded teams.
• Define and track core product operations metrics (cycle time, roadmap adherence, planning hygiene).
• Centralize performance metrics and coordinate dashboards with BI teams for insights.
• Collaborate with Finance, Sales/RevOps, and Engineering to bring data into prioritization.
• Support recurring reporting cadences with trusted data.
• Improve data quality and hygiene across reporting systems.
