Job summary

Definitive Healthcare is seeking a Product Operations Manager to scale a multi‑product PDLC with an emphasis on tooling, process, and data. You will own the development lifecycle, maintain roadmaps, and partner with PMs, engineers, and cross‑functional teams to drive value with measurable impact.

You will lead initiatives to embed AI tools, define governance for our product tooling stack, and build dashboards that surface product health, adoption, and ROI.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager, Product Operations Manager, Program Manager in a product organization, or closely related role.
• Experience treating internal processes and tooling as products with roadmap, backlog, and measurable outcomes.
• Deep familiarity with PDLC at scale across multiple products and teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the PDLC as a product and maintain a prioritized roadmap and backlog.
• Partner with Product Managers to improve ways of working across discovery, business case development, prioritization, and release readiness.
• Drive adoption of PDLC best practices and manage change across the org.
• Embed AI tools into the PDLC to accelerate discovery, synthesis, documentation, and prioritization.
