Socure is hiring a Principal Product Operations Manager to own the systems, data, and processes that drive product planning and delivery. You’ll bridge Product, Engineering, and BI with centralized tools and embedded product teams.

You’ll build dashboards, define metrics, and scale repeatable processes across planning cadences, while enabling teams with training and documentation. This role combines strategy with hands-on execution.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Product Operations or related roles.
• Hands-on with roadmapping tools (Aha!, Productboard) and Jira.
• Comfort building dashboards and reports (Tableau/Looker); SQL is a plus.
• Experience using LLM tools to augment workflows and reporting.
• Experience designing repeatable processes for intake and planning cadences.
• Knowledge of PDLC/SDLC and prioritization frameworks (RICE, WSJF).
• Strong facilitation and decision-making across cross-functional teams.
• Excellent documentation and communication; autonomous in a small, fast-moving team.

Responsabilités

• Design and maintain product systems, tools, and data pipelines for planning and delivery.
• Build dashboards and reports for leadership, embedded teams, and governance.
• Define metrics and collaborate with BI, Finance, and GTM to enrich data.
• Document SOPs, playbooks, templates, and checklists to reduce admin burden.
• Enable product teams with ongoing training, office hours, and support.
• Drive cross-functional handoffs and align strategy with execution.
• Identify inefficiencies and automate or streamline recurring processes.
