Job summary

Stellar Development Foundation is seeking a seasoned Product Operations/PMO leader to shape and scale how the product organization plans, tracks, and delivers work. You will collaborate with Engineering to own roadmaps, artifacts, and execution metrics, driving lightweight cadences and clear decision-making.

The role emphasizes building automated, AI-enabled workflows and fostering a customer-driven product culture, with ownership of onboarding and enablement for the PM function.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in Product Operations, Technical Program Management, or similar role.
• Proven track record scaling a product operating model from blank.
• Strong systems thinking to scale without bureaucracy.
• Scrappy, high-ownership executor comfortable with ambiguity.
• Strong analytical skills—quantitative and qualitative.
• Good product instincts and empathy for PMs and partners.
• Hands-on familiarity with AI tools and agentic workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the operating system Product uses to plan, track, and communicate work—roadmaps, artifacts, and execution tracking.
• Design and run lightweight operating cadences without adding unnecessary process.
• Improve visibility into priorities, progress, and decisions across the product organization.
• Identify opportunities for automation and AI-driven capabilities in product work.
• Build systems to capture high-quality product work and decisions to accelerate learning.
