Job summary

e.l.f. Beauty is hiring an AI Product Owner, Intelligent Operations to own the AI roadmap for Operations, Finance, and HR systems.

You will turn AI initiatives into measurable productivity gains across back-office processes and partner with multiple teams to identify high-impact use cases and drive adoption of AI-enabled solutions. This hands-on builder role focuses on bot-driven automation, intelligent analytics, and seamless integration with ERP, planning, and finance platforms.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of relevant experience with at least 5 years in product management or product ownership
• Hands-on experience delivering AI, automation, or digital transformation initiatives across enterprise functions
• Strong process orientation to map end-to-end processes and drive transformation
• Familiarity with AI/ML and GenAI and how they reshape process design
• Ability to translate requirements between business and technical teams
• Experience leading cross-functional programs and influencing executives
• Builder mindset with speed and shipping in mind

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the product vision and roadmap for AI across enterprise systems (Operations, Finance, HR)
• Identify and sequence high-impact AI/automation use cases across supply chain, inventory, finance, accounting, and people processes
• Manage the product lifecycle end to end from opportunity framing through delivery and adoption
• Turn fragmented tools and data into cohesive, secure AI solutions
• Act as central product partner for Ops, Finance, HR, and People Development
• Enable AI-driven capabilities across the enterprise stack (intelligent automation, predictive analytics, copilots)
• Translate business requirements into clear product specs for engineering, data, and IT
• Drive pilots, experiments, and measurable outcomes; own backlog and progress reporting
• Build ROI cases and track realized value of AI investments
