Qualifikationen

• 8–10 years of product management/ownership experience.
• Proven ability to define roadmaps, backlogs, epics, and user stories.
• Strong communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

• Own and manage the product vision, strategy, roadmap, and backlog for AI-driven products.
• Translate business problems into clear AI/ML product requirements and user stories.
• Collaborate with Data Science, AI/ML Eng, Data Eng, and Tech teams to deliver solutions.
• Prioritize features based on business value and feasibility.
• Define epics, features, user stories, acceptance criteria, and requirements.
• Lead Agile ceremonies: backlog refinement, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Partner with AI/ML teams on generative AI, LLMs, predictive analytics, and automation.
• Define KPIs, success metrics, and measurable outcomes.
• Coordinate UAT, validation, release planning, and production adoption.
• Identify and manage risks related to governance, data privacy, security, bias, and compliance.
• Communicate strategy, progress, risks, and outcomes to leadership.
• Evaluate emerging AI technologies for product innovation.
