Job summary

Support the Product Manager or Product Director and ensure timely execution of priorities and deadlines. Responsibilities include developing battle rhythms, calendar management, staff meeting facilitation, and preparation of program documents.

A bachelor’s degree and extensive DoD program coordination experience are required. U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, management, logistics, quality, production, or related field.
• 8+ years coordinating DoD programs with ground combat vehicle experience.
• Ability to obtain security clearance.
• U.S. Citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and synchronize product team operations.
• Manage projects to assure priority actions are coordinated and executed on deadlines.
• Develop battle rhythm of activities and calendar management.
• Coordinate and facilitate recurring staff meetings and prepare program documents.
