Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a seasoned leader to guide a team of Project Operations Managers responsible for delivering complex, global rollouts and ensuring customers go live quickly and reliably.

You will drive a collaborative culture, scale the team, and partner across functions to advance our projects and initiatives, while supporting the company’s ambitious growth in a hands-on, office-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Seasoned manager with at least 5 years leading a high-performing team.
• Experience managing enterprise/global customers.
• Proven ability to drive global process change and implement procedures.
• Self-starter who takes initiative to solve problems.
• Willing to work in the office 3 days a week and travel domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Project Operations Managers to deliver a great customer experience and go live efficiently.
• Create an inspiring, collaborative team environment with open communication.
• Scale the team while preserving our culture and company formula.
• Drive continuous process improvement using data and insights.
• Champion change and lead new initiatives.
• Collaborate with other teams to grow the global POM organization.
• Define and execute strategic initiatives to advance our function.
