Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, management, logistics, quality, production, or related field.
• 5+ years coordinating and managing complex DoD engineering or technical programs, including military acquisition experience.
• Experience coordinating with higher level staff and providing analysis and recommendations for program actions.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat.

Responsibilities

• Directly support the Product Manager or Product Director and plan, coordinate, and synchronize team operations, including daily Battle Rhythm, meetings, and task management for the assigned organization(s)/team(s).
• Conduct detailed planning, coordination, and synchronization of product team operations.
• Manage projects to ensure priority actions are coordinated, staffed, and properly executed to meet established deadlines.
