Job summary

DCS Corp seeks a Product Team Operations Officer to directly support the Product Manager and Director, planning, coordinating, and synchronizing daily team operations for assigned organizations. You will manage priority actions, ensure deadlines are met, and develop the team’s battle rhythm with thorough calendar management and on-site/off-site briefing materials.

The role requires 8+ years coordinating complex DoD programs, U.S.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship is required.
• Ability to obtain security clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, management, logistics, quality, production, or related field with extensive experience in DoD programs.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience coordinating and managing complex DoD engineering or military acquisition programs.
• Experience reflecting planning, organizing, performing, supervising, tracking and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and synchronize product team operations to meet established deadlines.
• Manage projects to assure priority actions are staffed and executed.
• Develop the product team battle rhythm and coordinate staff meetings.
• Calendar management and preparation of agenda, briefs, papers, and action items.
• Interface with higher level staff and provide information, analysis, and recommendations to leadership.
