Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead smaller product initiatives under the mentorship of senior product managers.
• Partner with business users to identify needs and propose effective solutions.
• Assist with platform configuration and contribute to broader roadmap priorities.
• Investigate and resolve system errors and user-reported issues.
• Perform data audits and cleanup to ensure accuracy and integrity.
• Oversee user access and permissions across integrated HR platforms.

This team optimizes the technology platforms that power the firm's recruiting and employee support processes. The role is approximately 75% product management and 25% product operations, offering hands-on ownership from day one and a clear pathway to grow into a full product management role.

The annual base salary range is $70,000 to $90,000. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
