Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Senior Product Operations Manager to join a leader in the Enterprise Technology space. You will partner with product, engineering, and cross-functional teams to bring structure, visibility, and operational discipline to a key product area.

You will own core operating rhythms, support portfolio governance, and ensure reporting and feedback loops that strengthen decision-making across the product lifecycle. Remote, US-based candidates.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product operations, program/project management, or a similar role in B2B SaaS.
• Strong program-management skills with a focus on operational discipline.
• Experience applying AI in operational contexts and familiarity with Agentic SDLC.
• Analytical skills for reporting and dashboard management, linking data to outcomes.
• Proficient in planning tools like Aha!, Jira, and Confluence, with a focus on improvement.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a reliable release cadence through backlog management and portfolio reporting.

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Product Operations Manager to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space.

This role will partner closely with product, engineering, and other cross-functional stakeholders to bring structure, visibility, and operational discipline to a key product area. The position will own core operating rhythms, support portfolio governance, and help ensure the team has the reporting, feedback loops, and process rigor needed to move efficiently. This is an opportunity to improve how the organization plans, tracks, and executes across the product lifecycle while strengthening decision-making through clear operational insight.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $148,000 – $254,000 annually
