Job summary

Atlas Search is seeking a Product Operational Specialist for a leading financial services firm in Manhattan. The role blends product management (75%) with product operations (25%), offering hands-on ownership from day one.

You will manage product tickets, coordinate testing with engineering, and work with business users to identify needs and shape solutions, with a clear path to a full product management role. Salary ranges from $70k to $90k.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• 1+ years of analytical, tech-driven experience.
• Financial services/FinTech experience is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving and project management abilities.
• Self-starter with genuine interest in product management and operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage product tickets end to end, including gathering requirements, coordinating testing and deployment with engineering, and supporting implementation.
• Lead smaller product initiatives under the mentorship of senior product managers.
• Partner with business users to identify needs and propose effective solutions.
• Assist with platform configuration and contribute to broader roadmap priorities.
• Investigate and resolve system errors and user-reported issues.
• Perform data audits and cleanup to ensure accuracy and integrity.
• Oversee user access and permissions across integrated HR platforms.
