Job description

Our client is building the intelligent infrastructure for how capital moves on Wall Street.

Trillions of dollars in institutional capital move through relationships, meetings, and decisions that still run on spreadsheets, email chains, and decade-old tools. This is the layer where markets actually move. We've replaced all of it with one platform, powered by AI agents that strip out the manual work and give bankers strategic leverage.

Our client is quickly becoming the operating system for Wall Street's most important relationships.

The investment banks already running on our client's platform treat us as mission-critical, and we're just getting started.

Our founding team combines Wall Street experience with engineering excellence, from firms like Goldman Sachs, Bank of America, AWS, and Capital One. We lived the problem firsthand and built the platform we wished existed. Our tight-knit NYC team is backed by top-tier VCs and former leaders from JPMorgan, Goldman Sachs, and Citadel.

About The Role

We're hiring a Technical Product Manager to strengthen the technical side of our product function. You'll work closely with our Product Lead, Design, QA, and Engineering to turn complex business and customer workflows into clear, technically informed requirements. You'll also play a key role in customer implementations, where configuration, integrations, data, and new capabilities meet.

This role suits someone who likes digging into how a product works, asking the right questions early, and connecting business needs with technical execution.

What You'll Do
  • Shape the roadmap and own features. Partner with our Product Lead to prioritize, scope, and evolve the platform from a technical perspective. Own features from definition through launch.
  • Write clear, technically informed specs. Translate business needs into requirements. Surface dependencies, edge cases, data implications, integrations, and affected workflows before development begins.
  • Bring the right people in early. Work with Product, Design, QA, and Engineering to resolve open questions and make sure work is ready for development.
  • Scope integrations and implementations. Define requirements across APIs, CRM, email, SSO, data migrations, configuration, and other enterprise systems. Support customer rollouts with Engineering and Customer Success.
  • Turn patterns into product. Spot recurring needs across customers and turn them into reusable capabilities, configurable integrations, better tooling, and self-serve functionality.
What You Bring
  • 3+ years of product management experience, including shipping and owning features from definition through launch.
  • A strong technical foundation, with hands-on product experience in APIs, integrations, data-heavy systems, or other technically complex products.
  • Systems thinking. You can take a seemingly simple change and reason through the workflows, data, permissions, integrations, and downstream surfaces it touches.
  • Product judgment. You separate the underlying problem from the proposed solution, challenge assumptions, and turn ambiguous needs into clear, scalable approaches.
  • A collaborative, questioning mindset. You spot missing considerations and push back constructively, while still owning and driving the work.
  • Clear, structured communication across Engineering, Design, QA, Customer Success, and customers, translating between business and technical audiences.
Nice to haves
  • A CS or engineering degree, or prior experience as a software engineer.
  • Experience with CRM, email, or SSO integrations.
  • Experience leading enterprise SaaS implementations, customer onboarding, or data migrations.
  • A background in financial services, capital markets, or deploying software into financial institutions.
  • Experience shipping agentic workflows.
Why this role at our client

You'll sit where product strategy, technical execution, and the systems our customers rely on every day all meet. You'll have real input into what we build and how the platform scales, with very few layers between spotting a problem and seeing the solution in bankers' hands.

What To Know

We're a startup serving institutions that operate under real pressure, and sometimes that pressure lands on us. There will be long hours or off-hours responses when a customer, go-live, or deal demands it. We ask everyone to carry real weight. In exchange, you get outsized ownership, a steep learning curve, and a seat at the center of how markets work. We're in our Flatiron office five days a week because we build faster together.

Benefits & Perks
  • PTO: Unlimited
  • Salary & equity: Competitive compensation with real upside
  • Insurance: Medical, dental, and vision, fully covered
  • Eats & commute: Lunch and commute stipend, plus office snacks and drinks
