Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing or business.
• 7–10 years of product marketing experience.
• Experience developing marketing strategies and plans that drive goals.
• Domestic travel at least 20%.
• Analytical/problem-solving mindset with an operations focus.
• Experience with sales and marketing teams, brand management, and product marketing.
• Experience marketing through distribution partners; pharma/medical device PMA with FDA/MRL knowledge.

• Collaborate with leadership to align priorities, projects, and plans.
• Influence strategy with a focus on commercialization and downstream execution for a new MedSurg device.
• Align mid-term marketing strategy and annual plans to business goals and brand perception.
• Develop go-to-market strategy with product management, sales, and global functions.
• Serve as marketing contact for the third-party distribution partner, ensuring brand and compliance.
• Develop value propositions and messaging aligned to HCP audiences.
• Ensure successful product launch with scope to expand to patient/DTC marketing.
