Job summary

Cook Medical LLC is seeking a National Sales Manager for Prostate Health (Zenflow) in Bloomington, IN. Lead the US field sales team, develop business plans, and provide clinical, sales and product support to customers and staff.

You will drive strategic initiatives, maintain key relationships, and ensure safety and quality standards are met while traveling up to 75% to meet business goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field or experience.
• Extensive sales, marketing, and/or business management in the medical device industry.
• Previous people management experience; sales leadership preferred.
• Experience with Urology or BPH preferred.
• Strong business and problem‑solving skills.
• Strong leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of US field sales staff.
• Develop and execute a business plan for Prostate Health in the US.
• Provide clinical, sales, technical product, and business support to customers and staff.
• Monitor metrics and adapt strategy to improve performance.
• Build relationships with key physicians and medical bodies.
• Provide training and professional development for sales staff.
• Work effectively across the global organization and uphold safety standards.
