Job summary

ICU Medical Inc. seeks a Senior Marketing Manager, Commercial Excellence – Infusion Systems to lead strategic marketing programs that accelerate growth and strengthen market visibility.

The role partners with Sales, Service, Clinical Affairs and Executives to ensure customer voices shape marketing strategy and commercial priorities, while driving launch excellence, digital marketing, and market development initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a business, marketing, life sciences, healthcare administration, engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in medical device marketing, product marketing, or related healthcare commercial roles.
• Minimum 2 years of people leadership experience.
• Experience developing and executing commercialization strategies.
• Experience leading successful product launches.
• Experience marketing FDA Class II medical device hardware and software.
• Experience collaborating with sales organizations and commercial leadership teams.
• Strong analytical, strategic planning, and communication skills; ability to influence stakeholders at all levels, including C-suite.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications.

Responsibilities

• Provide commercial leadership and coaching to a team of Marketing Managers.
• Partner with Sales, Clinical Affairs, Product Development, Services and Executives to align marketing with growth objectives.
• Lead field sales enablement, tools, messaging, and content development to drive revenue.
