Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing or business is required.
• 7-10 years of relevant product marketing experience.
• Experience crafting marketing strategies and plans to drive goals.
• Domestic travel required (minimum 20%).
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with an operations mindset.
• Experience working with sales and marketing teams.
• Experience in brand management and product marketing.
• Experience marketing through distribution or channel partners is preferred.
• Pharma marketing or medical device PMA experience with FDA/MRL review is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior specialty leadership to align priorities and plans.
• Influence strategy with a focus on commercialization and downstream execution for a newly launched MedSurg device.
• Align marketing plans to drive goals, brand strategy, and perception.
• Develop go-to-market strategy with product management, sales, and global functions.
• Manage marketing for third-party distribution partner ensuring brand and compliance.
• Create value propositions and messaging for HCP audiences.
• Lead successful product launch with expansion to patient/DTC marketing over time.
• Use customer personas and buyer journeys to shape strategy.
• Review campaign tactics and materials with FDA and MLR compliance.
• Engage with customers and SMEs to inform strategies.
• Set campaign objectives and channels, including meetings/events.
• Provide measurable input to processes and plans.
• Work independently to resolve issues.
• Lead large, cross-functional marketing initiatives.
