Job summary

Verra Mobility is seeking a Product Manager for its Commercial Services unit, focusing on Title & Registration. You will own discovery, validate problems with customers, and drive a data-backed roadmap in a regulated, complex domain.

You’ll work with a technical lead and engineering team, balancing user needs with business and technical feasibility, while shaping the product operating model and strategy for revenue impact.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years of product management experience in a B2B or B2B2C environment with a track record of owning outcomes.
• Experience leading customer discovery and translating qualitative and quantitative insights into product decisions.
• Ability to operate effectively in a cross-functional squad environment alongside engineering and design peers.
• Experience in regulated or complex-domain industries, such as automotive, fleet, payments, fintech, insurtech, or similar, with a demonstrated record of learning new domains.
• Comfort working in and contributing to organizations evolving their product operating model.
• Active use of AI tools to enhance productivity in day-to-day product work, such as discovery workflows, streamlining documentation, automating research, creating prototypes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication: you write clearly, tailor your message to different audiences, and tell a coherent product story.
• Strong critical thinking and a bias toward evidence over opinion.

Responsibilities

• Own the problem space from discovery through delivery, framing problems with evidence and defining a prioritized, outcome-driven roadmap.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, legal, and compliance to shape viable, user-centered solutions.
• Write crisp briefs and acceptance criteria focused on why and what success looks like, not how to build.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate discovery synthesis, documentation, and delivery workflows.
• Serve as a trusted internal expert, informing pricing, positioning, and launch readiness with commercial teams.
