Verra Mobility is seeking a Product Manager to own a backoffice/cloud data processing product area, partnering with product, operations, engineering, IT, and sales to deliver measurable outcomes.

You will drive discovery with customers, frame problems, and build a roadmap that balances user needs, business objectives, and technical feasibility. The role blends strategy with hands-on execution and data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years of product management experience with a track record of owning outcomes.
• Experience leading customer discovery and translating qualitative and quantitative insights into product decisions.
• Ability to operate effectively in a cross-functional squad alongside engineering and design peers.
• Experience in regulated or complex-domain industries, such as automotive, fleet, payments, fintech, or similar, with a demonstrated record of learning new domains.
• Comfort working in and contributing to organizations evolving their product operating model.

Responsibilities

• Lead continuous customer discovery, including interviews and data analysis, to validate problems and pressure-test solutions.
• Frame problems clearly with evidence and maintain a prioritized roadmap grounded in measurable outcomes.
• Collaborate with engineering and design to ensure solutions are technically sound and user-centered.
• Write crisp briefs and acceptance criteria; keep focus on outcomes and what success looks like.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate discovery, documentation, and delivery workflows.
