Qualifications

Ability to operate in a cross-functional squad with engineering and design peers.
Experience in regulated or complex-domain industries with a demonstrated ability to learn new domains.
Comfort contributing to evolving product operating models.
Active use of AI tools to enhance discovery, documentation, and delivery.
Excellent written and verbal communication, tailored to audiences.

Responsibilities

Lead continuous customer discovery with interviews, ride-alongs, and data analysis to validate problems.
Define and maintain a prioritized roadmap grounded in outcomes.
Balance user needs, business objectives, and technical feasibility.
Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, and Operations to shape viable solutions.
Own the problem end-to-end and document reasoning and outcomes.
Partner with engineering and design to ensure technically sound, user-centered solutions.
Develop revenue, retention, and efficiency metrics tied to product impact.
