Job summary

Verra Mobility is seeking a Product Manager who can understand customer problems, validate opportunities, and lead cross-functional teams to deliver measurable business outcomes in back-office cloud data processing solutions.

You’ll own a product area, shape strategy and roadmap, and drive lifecycle management across the platform, collaborating with engineering, design, legal, compliance, operations, and sales to deliver secure, scalable, and cost-efficient systems.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years of product management experience with outcomes.
• Experience leading customer discovery and translating insights into decisions.
• Ability to operate in cross-functional squads with engineering and design.
• Experience in regulated or complex industries such as automotive, fleet, payments, or fintech.
• Active use of AI tools to accelerate discovery and delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead continuous customer discovery, including interviews and data analysis to validate problems.
• Frame problems with evidence and define a prioritized, outcomes-based roadmap.
• Collaborate with legal, compliance, and operations to shape viable solutions.
• Work with engineering and design to ensure timely, user-centered delivery.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate synthesis, documentation, and workflows.
