Job summary

Verra Mobility is seeking a Product Manager to own discovery, validate problems with customers, and drive a measurable roadmap for back-office cloud data processing. You will partner with engineering, design, operations, IT, and sales to deliver innovative solutions that reduce costs and increase business value.

Reporting to the Director of Product, you will lead a squad focused on back-office systems, leverage AI tools for discovery and documentation, and contribute to a modern product

Qualifications

• 3–7 years of product management experience, with a track record of owning outcomes.
• Experience leading customer discovery and translating qualitative and quantitative insights into product decisions.
• Ability to operate effectively in a cross-functional squad environment alongside engineering and design peers.

Responsibilities

• Lead continuous customer discovery, including interviews and data analysis to validate problems and stress-test solutions.
• Frame problems with clarity and evidence to ensure the team works on what matters.
• Define and maintain a prioritized roadmap grounded in measurable outcomes.
• Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, and Operations to shape viable solutions.
• Own the problem end-to-end and make tough prioritization calls with clear reasoning.
