Job summary

Verra Mobility is seeking a Product Manager to own a backoffice/cloud data processing product area, driving strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle management. You will collaborate with product, operations, engineering, IT, and sales to deliver innovative backoffice systems that meet business objectives and minimize cost.

You’ll join a product squad, own discovery with customers, validate problems, and shape a roadmap that produces measurable outcomes, reporting to the Director of Product.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years of product management experience.
• Experience leading customer discovery and translating insights into product decisions.
• Ability to operate in a cross-functional squad with engineering and design peers.
• Experience in regulated or complex domains, learning new industries quickly.
• Active use of AI tools to enhance productivity in discovery workflows and delivery.

Responsibilities

• Own the problem, drive discovery with customers and stakeholders.
• Frame problems clearly and maintain a prioritized, outcome-based roadmap.
• Balance user needs, business objectives, and technical feasibility.
• Partner with Legal, Compliance, and Operations to shape viable solutions.
• Collaborate with engineering and design to enable speed and confidence in delivery.
• Define and communicate success metrics linked to business outcomes.
