Job summary

Verra Mobility seeks a Product Manager who will own a backoffice/cloud data processing product area, driving strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle management. You will work across product, operations, engineering, IT, and sales to deliver measurable business outcomes, leveraging AI to accelerate discovery and delivery.

You’ll report to the Director of Product and lead a dedicated squad. You’ll own discovery, validate problems with customers, and shape a roadmap that balances user needs, business

Qualifications

• 3–7 years of product management experience with a track record of owning outcomes.
• Experience leading customer discovery and translating insights into product decisions.
• Ability to operate in a cross-functional squad with engineering and design peers.
• Experience in regulated or complex-domain industries (e.g., automotive, fleet, payments, fintech).
• Active use of AI tools to enhance discovery workflows and delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead continuous customer discovery and data analysis to validate problems and test solutions.
• Frame problems with clarity and evidence to align the team on priorities.
• Define and maintain a prioritized roadmap grounded in measurable outcomes.
• Balance user needs, business objectives, and technical feasibility.
• Partner with Legal, Compliance, and Operations to shape viable solutions.
• Own the problem end-to-end and make tough prioritization decisions.
• Collaborate with engineering and design to ensure technically sound and user-centered outcomes.
• Write crisp briefs and acceptance criteria, focusing on what success looks like.
