Baker Tilly US is seeking a Technical Business Analyst / Product Manager to bridge client needs and software solutions, working with developers, project managers and customers to translate requirements into effective Sage Intacct implementations.

You will gather requirements, design, test and train users, ensuring high customer satisfaction and adoption across ERP/financial applications. The role offers growth, cross‑functional exposure, and a collaborative culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in accounting, MIS or CS.
• Experience consulting/implementing Sage Intacct, ERP/financial apps, or similar SaaS solutions.
• Strong communication with customers/end users and technical staff.

Responsabilités

• Design and translate business requirements into software solutions with high customer adoption.
• Gather requirements with client stakeholders and coordinate with development teams.
• Define project plans and ensure on‑time, on‑budget delivery.
• Train end users and map customer requirements to system functionality.
• Collaborate with Professional Services, Sales, Support and Customer Success to drive project success.
